Information Collection

We will not use the information collected from you, including your subscription information, account data or survey responses in any way, shape, or form. In addition, any other material you provide us (including images, email addresses, etc.) will be held in the strictest confidence.

In addition, we do not collect personally identifiable information about you except when you specifically provide this information on a voluntary basis. We may use third party outsourcing services for survey administration, payment receipts and other site functionality. We select only outsourcing partners with privacy policies that are at least as stringent as our own, and you agree that when your use of third party services linked from our site, is governed by the privacy policy of the site used.

Please note that when you use PayPal or other third party payment services, we do not receive a copy of your credit card information and your use of these services is governed by the privacy policies posted on these service providers' Web sites.

We will make every effort to ensure that whatever information you provide will be maintained in a secure environment.

Please note, even if you opt out of receiving any communications from CARD, Inc., we reserve the right to contact you regarding your account status or any other matter that might affect our service to you and/or our records about your use of our services.


Information Use

CARD, Inc. reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics so that we can measure interest in and use of the various areas of the website.

CARD, Inc. may collect IP addresses for its own use in system administration and record keeping. Your IP address is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the World Wide Web. Our servers record incoming IP addresses. The IP addresses are analyzed only in aggregate; no connection is made between you and your computer's IP address. We track IP addresses to help us determine which sites refer the most people to CARD, Inc. (Like your zip code, an IP address gives us general information about your location.) CARD accepts the assets for disposition.

Cookies

"Cookies" are small text files a website can use to recognize repeat users. CARD, Inc. or its partners may use cookies to recognize visitors and more quickly provide personalized content or grant you access to protected areas of the website, including hosting administration tools.

Information gathered through cookies also helps us measure use of our website. and allows us to track usage behavior and compile aggregate, non-user specific data that we can use to improve the site. This data will be used in aggregate form; no specific users will be tracked.

Opting Out

Upon request, CARD, Inc. will allow you to opt out of our monthly newsletter and will quickly, upon your request, delete your e-mail address and your personal information from our subscription database except as necessary to ensure that your address is excluded from future mailings; however, it may be impossible to delete all of your information without some residual data because of backups and records of deletions.
