With over 20 locations throughout the United States and Canada currently, GreenAssetDisposal provides the most cost effective pickup services throughout North America.  Most of our pickups are arranged through our local processing centers. Since your assets transported directly from your facilities to ours, there is little to no exposure for risk, theft, or damage. Additionally, we burn less fuel vs. shipping assets across state lines.

Asset Remarketing
GreenAssetDisposal has a large network of buyers around the world.  GreenAssetDisposal tries to remarket every asset we receive to help maximize re-use and minimize the need for recycling.  This helps us to maximize returns and minimize costs to our customers.

Audit Reporting
As part of our standard services, GreenAssetDisposal provides complete audit reporting.  GreenAssetDisposal captures all of the necessary information about your assets to ensure you are completely indemnified, are able to track the final disposition, and know exactly what happened to each asset you sent us.

Data Security Services
GreenAssetDisposal’s standard data erasure practices comply with Department of Defense 5220.22-M standards, which means every single hard drive that is sent to GreenAssetDisposal is erased with a three pass wiping process.  Drives which are inoperable are immediately destroyed physically.  Onsite data erasure and hard drive destruction is available in most areas of the United States.

Zero-landfill, EPA Compliant Recycling
GreenAssetDisposal follows a Zero-landfill eWaste policy, meaning that 100% of the downstream waste such as plastics, metals, glass, and hazardous chemicals are processed by appropriate facilities.  This ensures that no component of the materials we process winds up in a landfill.  All of our facilities are required to report to and follow EPA guidelines.

Certificate of Data Erasure and Destruction
Upon completion of services, GreenAssetDisposal provides a Certificate of Data Erasure and Destruction.  This is a key document in the indemnification process for our customers.

Lease Return Services
Time is money when it comes to returning your leased equipment.  GreenAssetDisposal can take the hassle out of the lease return process.  GreenAssetDisposal provides a complete solution by picking up your off-lease equipment and transporting it to our facilities.  Once we receive the assets, we inventory and audit each peice, perform data erasure on and device containing a hard drive, and then ship your equipment back to the lessor.

GreenTrak - Online Order Pickup, Tracking, and Reporting
GreenAssetDisposal has a proprietary database called GreenTrak which provides our customers with an interactive, online tool to manage and track the end of life process.
